Mary Beth Waldram is a certifying Birth and Postpartum Doula from Doula Canada School, she is also a Reiki Practitioner and a passionate Herbal remedy enthusiast.
During Mary Beth’s 16 year music industry career she realized healing, herbs, holding space and helping people was a direction she wanted to pursue which led her to discovering Doula work.
Mary Beth is also a tarot card reader and musician based in the St. John’s, NL metro area.
